What is 2-Step Verification
2-Step authentication (2FA) is a security feature that provides an additional layer of protection to your online accounts, beyond just a password. It requires at least two forms of authentication to verify your identity before granting access to your account.
By using 2FA, you can significantly reduce the risk of your accounts being compromised, protect your personal information, and keep Nurse Next Door's client data safe.
Why use 2-Step Verification
The reason why we are using 2FA is that passwords alone are no longer enough to protect our online accounts from hacking attempts. Malicious Actors can use various methods to obtain your password, such as phishing scams, brute-force attacks, or purchasing stolen passwords. Once they have your password, they can easily gain access to your account, and steal confidential personal health information. Causing damage to the Nurse Next Door brand.
