What URL do I use to access FranConnect?
We have two FranConnect Tenants, "Production" and "User Acceptance Testing" or "UAT". Our production instance is where the day to day work of FranConnect Takes place. Our UAT tenant is specifically for testing features and capabilities without affecting the users and data associated with the Production Environment. Once you have decided which tenant you want to access use one of the links below to get to where you want to go:

Adding the site as a Bookmark:
We strongly suggest that you bookmark the page(s) that you need access to. This will make it easy to navigate back to the page when you want to access it again. Here is an article from Google on how to create/manage Bookmarks in Chrome.
How do I log in to FranConnect?
Once you have navigated to the FranConnect Login page, please click on "Log in with SSO". This "Log in with SSO" button will use the current active profile in your Chrome Browser to login. Your access to FranConnect is managed by your Google Workspace Account. In the event that you are having trouble logging in using the "Log in with SSO" button please reach out to the Helpdesk Team.
This process is the same for Corporate Users and Franchise Owners.
FranConnect Mobile Application
There is also a Mobile application that can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
You will need the "company code" to access the correct environment through the mobile app.

Once you have entered the company code you will be taken to the login screen, again please select "Login with SSO".
Then you will have access to the application.
