Edits to a name - If there is a marital name change, you can make the update here and push it to all Nurse Next Door systems at once. However, the email address will not change. If it's a must to have the email changed, please send a ticket to helpdesk@nursenextdoor.com and IT can manually push the name change to the email address.
Reset Password? - Will instantly reset the users Gsuite password. The new password you enter can be changed by the employee on next login.
Changing an Employee’s role - When changing an employee's role, please use the Console to update to their new role and then send a ticket at support.nursenextdoor.com. IT needs to update account license type manually, to reflect the role of an employee. Without updating the role, the employee may not have access to the correct systems.
