If your Caregiver is promoted to a Care Designer, or Operational Staff member, please use the User Management Console to change their role to the desired new title. When making this change, please remember the permission level that each role type offers an employee, as updating the role, will give that user access to all of our systems at the. Please navigate to the "Manage Employee" window, by clicking on the "Edit" button displayed beside the users name. From here, you can change the employee role using the drop down menu.
