We're excited to offer the new "Bold Kindness" course through our LearnUpon platform! This guide explains how you can enroll both individual team members and entire groups into this valuable training.
Before You Start:
Ensure you have login access to your Franchise LearnUpon portal.
For individual enrollments: Have the specific email address(es) of the user(s) you wish to enroll.
For group enrollments: Ensure you know the name of your Caregiver Group "_CG" and potentially your Care Designer group "_CD".
- If you cannot access the "Enrollments" Tab this may be a permissions issue, please reach out to the support team via ticket to ensure that your account has the correct permissions.
Enrolling Individual Users:
Follow these steps to enroll specific team members one by one:
- Log In: Access your LearnUpon portal.

Navigate to Enrollments: Click on the
Enrollmentstab in the main navigation menu. - Initiate Enrollment: Look for an option like "Enroll User" or similar. Ensure you are in the section for enrolling individual users (this is often the default view).
- Select the Course: Search for or select the "Bold Kindness" course from the available course list.
- Enter User Email: In the user selection field, enter the email address of the team member you want to enroll in the "Bold Kindness" course. LearnUpon should find the user associated with that email.
- Confirm Enrollment: Finalize the enrollment by clicking the confirmation button (e.g., "Enroll", "Confirm", "Submit").
- Repeat: Repeat steps 4-6 for any other individual users you need to enroll.

Enrolling Entire Groups:
Use this method to enroll all current members of a pre-defined group at once:
- Log In: Access your LearnUpon portal.

Navigate to Enrollments: Click on the
Enrollmentstab in the main navigation menu. -
Switch to Group Enrollment: Within the Enrollments section, find the option to switch the view or context from enrolling users to enrolling
Groups. This might be a sub-tab, a dropdown menu, or a button labelled "Groups" or "Enroll Group". - Initiate Group Enrollment: Select the option to enroll a group (this might happen automatically after switching to the Group view, or you might need to click an "Enroll Group" button).
- Select the Course: Search for or select the "Bold Kindness" course from the available course list.
- Select the Group: Search for and select the specific Group (e.g., "_CG", "_CD") that you want to enroll in the course.
- Confirm Enrollment: Finalize the enrollment by clicking the confirmation button (e.g., "Enroll", "Confirm", "Submit").
Important Note on Group Enrollment: Enrolling a group will only enroll users who are members of that group at the time you perform the enrollment. All Future users added to the group will also be enrolled in the course as well.
