Occasionally you will see a visit note on a Visit that states "No Locations Permissions".
This means that the individual Clocking in to the visit did not have location permissions turned on when they clocked into the visit.
When a Caregiver Clocks Into a visit their location (Latitude and Longitude) is captured in the AlayaCare mobile app. This is to ensure that everyone is adhering to Nurse Next Doors brand standards of clocking in within 700 meters of the clients physical location.
Nurse Next door requires that everyone clocking in or out of visits has their Location Permissions turned on to ensure that everyone's is adhering our brand standards.
AlayaCare supports this requirement by letting mobile application users know every time they clock in or out that they do not yet have location permissions turned on. As well they then guide the person to how to turn those permissions on.
