Sometimes, to solve some IT problems, you'll be asked to clear your Google Chrome cache. To do this, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Navigate to "History".
Press Ctrl + H, while you are in your Google Chrome Browser to open your browsing history. If this doesn't work, Click the 3 dots on the top right of your browser, expand "History", then click the "history" button.
Step 2. Open options for "Clear Browsing Data"
In the History tab that has opened, click "Clear Browsing data" on the left hand side.
Step 3. Select "time range" to delete your cache.
I'd recommend setting this to 24 hours initially (if you think the error has only happened in the last 24 hours). When you clear your data for the last 24 hours, check to see if this has fixed your error. If not, repeat and set this to a larger increment, such as 7 days. Also, when you click "clear data", make sure all 3 check-boxes are applied (checked blue).
